SHIPPING POLICY

IVYBLOSSOM Candles aim to provide you with your elegant and beautiful products as soon as possible.  As our products are lovingly hand poured by ourselves a period of 3-5 working days is sometimes required before being shipped.  

 

If any issue arises, please do not hesitate to contact us as we aim to resolve them as quickly as possible.  Our customers are of great importance to us and we will ensure to keep you up to date on the progress.  

 

We are unable to cancel orders once shipped however please contact ourselves at ivyblossomcandles@gmail.com and we can try to offer assistance as much as possible.

 

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail who aim for a door to door service within 72 hours or 48 hours when choosing first class excluding Sunday's.  Please note shipments can take longer.

 

 Shipping will be sent directly to the shipping address entered at the checkout.  We ship all over the UK, Republic of Ireland and to a number of international locations.  Shipping times depend on your location.   

 

We do not accept liability for shipping delays after dispatch.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope that you enjoy your purchase, however in the unlikely event there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 working days of delivery, so we may advise of the necessary steps before returning the product.

 

If for whatever reason you feel the products you have received do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 14 days after receiving  to request a refund.  Please ensure any products you wish to return are in their original packaging, unused and with any labels attached.  We do not accept returns on items that have been opened for any reason.

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used or in the case of candles not burnt correctly in line with our candle care instructions.  In this case we will notify you that no refund will be available.  We recommend parcels are sent by recorded delivery as we are unable to accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note we are unable to cover the cost of any return shipping charges.    

 

If you require a refund, this will be processed within 30 days of IVYBLOSSOM receiving  your returned goods, provided the goods have been returned in their original condition within 14 working days of delivery.  Refunds will only be made against the original/credit/debit card or Paypal account used.
